MITRA ENERGY LIMITED

Mitra Energy Umited (Mitra), currently the Operator of 4 offshore PSC and non-operator of 2 offshore PSC in Indonesia, is looking for the following Finance Staff:

1. Junior Accountant (MEL11 – JA)
Female, the candidate should hold an S1 level degree, or higher, in Economics or Accountancy, and have a minimum of 2- 3 years working experience in the Finance and Accounting field. The Junior Accountant reports to the Chief Accountant and assists with the accounts receivable and payable function, maintaining petty cash, banking activities and preparing monthly tax reports.

The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and be computer literate with the Microsoft Office software suite and specialist accounting software like OGWIN or SUN Accounting system.

2. Senior Budget & Reporting Coordinator (MEL11 – BR)
Female, the candidate should hold an S1 level degree, or higher, in Economics or Accountancy, and have a minimum of 10 years working experience in the Accounting Department of an Indonesian PSC contractor reporting to BPMIGAS. The Senior Budget & Reporting Coordinator reports to the Finance Controller and is responsible for 1) preparing the PSC annual work programmer & budgets along with submission to BPMIGAS, Mitra management and partners, 2) monitoring the budget and actual expenditures variance, 3) tracking project costs, 4) preparing and submitting AFE for partner/BPMIGAS approval along with the close-out AFE reporting to BPMIGAS, and 5) maintaining the Asset Management system.

The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and be computer literate with the Microsoft Office software suite and specialized accounting software like OGWIN or SUN Accounting system.
